The 19th regular the meeting of the Standing Body (SB) for collective negotiations and peaceful settlement of labor disputes of the Social and Economic Council (SEC) of the Republic Serbia was held on Tuesday, September 26, 2023, where the information on the operations of the Republic Agency for Peaceful Settlement of Labor Disputes for the year 2022 was discussed. The Standing Body have presented their professional position proposing the Social and Economic Council to consider and accept the information and positively rate the operational results of the Republic Agency for Peaceful Settlement of Labor Disputes.

The meeting was chaired by Jelena Jevtovic from the Serbian Employers Union, and attended by Dušan Petrović, secretary of the Social and Economic Council of the Republic of Serbia, Aleksandar Markovic from of the Alliance of Independent Unions, Dragica Mišljenović from UGS " Nezavisnost " and Dragana Kralj from the Ministriy of Labor, Employment, Veteran and Social Affairs. The Agency Director, Ivica Lazović, presented the information on the work of the Republic Agency for Peaceful Settlement of Labor Disputes relating to the data on the record, as well as other issues relevant for procedures for peaceful settlement of labor disputes for the year 2023.
