At the Faculty of Medical Sciences in Kragujevac, the parties to the dispute, with the mediation of the Republic agency for peaceful settlement of labour disputes, came to a joint recommendation on how to resolve a collective labor dispute, which was unanimously adopted and signed by the Conciliation Committee.

The procedure before the Agency was conducted on the occasion of the strike of the employees, but after only two discussions, a joint recommendation was established which recommends the ways of resolving all disputable issues.

The employer and the employees of the Faculty of Medical Sciences in Kragujevac have once again confirmed that the best way to resolve labor disputes is before the mediators and arbitrators of the Republic agency for peaceful settlement of labour disputes.
