The Republic Agency for Peaceful Settlement of Labour Disputes and the Human Resource Management Service signed a Cooperation Agreement on 17th March 2016, which has enabled conciliators and arbitrators to further develop their skills in the areas relevant for the institute of peaceful settlement of labour disputes. By participating in the trainings conducted by the Human Resources, the Republic Agency for Peaceful Settlement of Labour Disputes further strengthens its human resource potential and contributes to the strengthening of the visibility and promoting the benefits of this institute.In addition to the adopted Programme of Professional Training, which provides mandatory in-house training, voluntary external trainings contribute to the possibilities for further development. The Agreement also provides that mediators and arbitrators as lecturers share their practical experiences in the field of labour disputes, which will contribute to prevention of labor disputes in the public sector.
