On Monday 28 September 2020, the Agreement on Cooperation between the Faculty of Law of the University of Niš and the National Agency for the Peaceful Settlement of Labour Disputes was signed. The goal of the Agreement is to establish the cooperation between the signatories, which will contribute to the development and improvement of the capacity of the National Agency for the Peaceful Settlement of Labour Disputes and the Faculty of Law. By signing the agreement, opportunities were created for additional training of conciliators and arbitrators and promotion of the institute of peaceful resolution of individual and collective labour disputes among students, as well as for the exchange of information and experience, participation in projects, organization of seminars and meetings of mutual interest.
The agreement was signed by the director of the National Agency for the peaceful settlement of labour disputes, Mile Radivojević and the dean of the Faculty of Law, University of Niš, Goran Obradović MD/PhD, who is also one of the conciliators and arbitrators from the Directory of Conciliators and Arbitrators of the Agency. The signing of the agreement was also attended by the Vice Dean for Scientific Research and Material and Financial Operations, Marko Dimitrijević, PhD, the Vice Dean for Teaching, Anđelija Tasić, PhD, and the Deputy Director of the National Agency for the Peaceful Settlement of Labour Disputes, Ivica Lazović, PhD.
